Our story
After meeting at a monotonous summer job in the industrial sector in 2014, we quickly discovered a shared interest in cameras and the fascinating things that can be created with them. In late summer 2016, Mikael began his studies in digital communication, followed by a full-time position in digital marketing at a global company in 2018. Meanwhile, Joel ravaged around the Alps with the camera in full swing during the winter months, and it was mainly during the summers that we had time to work on projects together.
A passion turning into a profession
Just over a year later, Mikael started receiving inquiries about producing branding videos, wedding videos, and logos, which led to the launch of a so-called “side business.” During our shared journey to places like Tokyo and New Zealand in the fall of 2019, camera gear took up most of our luggage, and not long after, the idea of working on these projects together was born.
In 2020, Nittio Media AB was officially founded, and since then, we have helped businesses, municipalities, and individuals create unique digital content for marketing, memories, and education.
